Service purpose

STUDIO1958 is a brand operated by Express Yourself Services Inc. Services offered under STUDIO1958 are provided by Express Yourself Services Inc and include creative presence, photography, portfolio, Pro-card/digital card, media production, digital presence and related presentation services according to the package and line items accepted in the quote/order.

What is excluded

Unless expressly contracted in writing, STUDIO1958 does not provide agency representation, management, press agency, casting office, placement services, legal/accounting advice, ad spend management, guaranteed jobs, bookings, castings, fame, income, followers or other third-party outcomes.

Contract documents

The service is defined by the service agreement, accepted quote/order and any accepted addendum, release, briefing, schedule or acceptance document validated by both parties. Any service not listed in the accepted quote or addendum is excluded and may require a separate quote.

Deposits and payment

Any USD 50 appointment deposit, if used, reserves a slot only after payment verification. It may be applied toward the purchased service if the purchase is completed, subject to the quote, receipt, cancellation policy and mandatory law. STUDIO1958 may withhold final deliverables, usage licenses, publication or handoff until required payment conditions are satisfied.

Delivery timeline

Delivery dates are estimates unless the accepted quote expressly states a guaranteed date. Any 21-day delivery period starts only from Production Release: required payment, signed contract, session/materials, selections and approvals complete.

Revisions and scope changes

Included revisions are only those stated in the quote. Upgrades, extra photos, retouching, new pages, extra review rounds, urgent requests, platform changes, additional sessions or substantial concept changes must be approved in writing and may change price, timeline and conditions.

Usage rights and working files

After required payment is satisfied, the client receives final delivered materials contracted in the quote and a usage license for portfolio, professional presentation, personal promotion or ordinary use contemplated by the quote. RAW files, unselected images, editable source files and internal working materials are not included unless expressly sold or agreed in writing.

Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are not automatic and must be reviewed by an authorized Studio representative. Reserved capacity, custom preparation, started production, third-party costs, performed services and delivered work may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
