Before a quote

Projection needs rails.

Focused work can also be shaped separately: digital photos, portfolio website, Pro-card, domain/hosting setup, extra edits, retouching, review rounds, rush delivery or physical media.

What the quote locks

  • Final deliverables and exact scope.
  • Route, quantities, add-ons and responsibilities.
  • Calendar, approval points and delivery conditions.
  • Whether domain, hosting, Pro-card, support or extras are included.

Timeline rule

Any 21-day delivery period starts only from Production Release: required payment, signed contract, session/materials, selections and approvals complete.

Appointment deposits, if used, reserve a slot only after payment verification.

Outside the build

  • Agency representation, management and casting access are separate worlds.
  • The studio can elevate the presentation; bookings, visibility and income depend on what happens after.
  • Extra revisions, RAW files, reshoots or ongoing maintenance are added only when quoted.
