STUDIO1958 is not a modeling/talent agency, manager, label, publisher, booking agency, casting office, placement service or employment provider. It does not guarantee fame, jobs, bookings, castings, representation, contracts, income, followers or external opportunities.

Law and venue model

The current service agreement model references Florida law and Miami-Dade County, Florida venue, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply or final accepted contract terms.

Complete agreement

The accepted quote/order, service agreement and accepted addenda together define the service purchased. Prior statements not included in writing do not expand scope.
