STUDIO1958 is a brand operated by SHOPMIP, LLC. SHOPMIP, LLC. is responsible for information collected through STUDIO1958 and for candidate information submitted in connection with the Athena Models campaign.
How Athena Models is used
Athena Models is a campaign name used by SHOPMIP, LLC. for candidate intake. It is not identified in this policy as a separate legal entity, modeling or talent agency, placement service or employer. Sending material does not create representation, management or employment and does not guarantee castings, bookings, jobs or other opportunities.
What we collect
When you send a STUDIO1958 request, SHOPMIP, LLC. may collect your name, email, optional phone, package interest, preferred date window, message, source URL, consent record and technical metadata needed to protect the form.
Depending on the intake channel and what you choose or are asked to provide, a candidate submission associated with Athena Models may also include contact and candidate profile information, photographs, video or audio, experience, availability, social or portfolio links and other materials you submit for review.
Why we use it
We use request and candidate data to receive and evaluate submissions, assess potential fit for creative campaigns, projects or services, verify and respond to the person who submitted the information, arrange next-step conversations, prepare quotes or agreements when relevant, deliver contracted services, protect the intake process, keep necessary records and comply with legal or operational obligations.

Meta campaign measurement and attribution
When a person submits a form associated with an Athena Models campaign, SHOPMIP, LLC. may use Meta’s Conversions API to send Meta a conversion event, such as Lead, and measure whether the campaign resulted in an application.
The information sent may include contact details provided through the form and technical or attribution identifiers available in our systems. Where required by the service, certain contact identifiers may be normalized and sent in hashed form. The purpose of this processing is to measure and attribute advertising performance; this disclosure does not itself authorize additional uses.
Meta may attempt to match the information it receives with its own records and processes it under its terms and Privacy Policy. The availability of advertising and privacy choices within Meta products is controlled by Meta. To exercise rights or ask questions about processing performed by SHOPMIP, LLC., use the contact channels identified in this Privacy Policy.
Contact and marketing choices
Submitting a request or candidate application allows SHOPMIP, LLC. to contact you about that submission through the contact details you provide. It does not by itself subscribe you to marketing or authorize promotional or automated SMS messages. Any separate marketing or SMS program must present its own disclosure and choice where required.
Project and image data
If a service includes photography, portfolio, Pro-card, media or publication work, the project may require image, likeness, voice, artistic/professional name, measurements, profile information, materials, selections and approvals. These are used as reasonably necessary to perform the contracted service.
Promotional use
Public portfolio, social, advertising or sample-case use by STUDIO1958 is not implied just because you request a service, attend a session or receive previews. Promotional use requires authorization in the agreement, quote/sale record or a signed addendum, subject to applicable law.
External providers
SHOPMIP, LLC. may use hosting, email delivery, communications and candidate-intake service providers, as well as collaborators for photography, editing, makeup/styling, development, domains, invoicing, security or delivery. These providers may receive or process information to the extent needed for their role, and their own service and privacy terms may also apply.
Retention
Request and candidate records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to complete review and follow-up, perform any resulting service, maintain accounting or agreement records, protect the service, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. The period depends on the submission outcome, whether a service relationship follows and any applicable recordkeeping requirement.
Your privacy requests
Subject to applicable law and any records SHOPMIP, LLC. must retain, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or ask to withdraw a candidate submission from further consideration.
